We are excited to share the deliverables for our Njuguna’s restaurant project, where we aimed to merge functionality with style to create an exceptional dining environment. Things We Did
- Consultancy: Our process began with comprehensive consultancy sessions to capture the restaurant’s vision and operational requirements. This initial phase was crucial for understanding the specific needs of the client, their menu offerings, and their aesthetic preferences, setting a solid foundation for the project.
- CAD Layout Inspired by Menu: We translated the insights from our consultancy into a detailed CAD layout, designed specifically to accommodate the restaurant’s menu. This layout ensured an efficient workflow, optimized space usage, and facilitated the seamless preparation and service of dishes.
- Stainless Steel Kitchen Wall Cladding: To achieve a modern, clean look and ensure durability, we installed stainless steel wall cladding throughout the kitchen. This choice enhances the restaurant’s visual appeal and provides a hygienic, easy-to-maintain surface that meets industry standards.
- Equipment Choices: We carefully selected and installed high-quality kitchen equipment tailored to the restaurant’s needs. Our choices included commercial-grade appliances and fixtures designed to support efficient food preparation and service, aligning with the restaurant’s operational goals.
- Butchery Area: We created a specialized butchery area equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. This dedicated space ensures that meat preparation is conducted efficiently and safely, integrating seamlessly with the overall kitchen layout.
- Choma Zone: The design and installation of a choma zone were key components of the project. This area features advanced grilling and smoking equipment, allowing the restaurant to offer a diverse and appealing BBQ menu while adding a distinct feature to the dining experience.
- Smoke Extraction System: We implemented an extraction system designed to effectively educe smoke while blending seamlessly with the restaurant’s architectural aesthetics. This system ensures a comfortable environment for both staff and guests, maintaining air quality without compromising on style.
